Animal Hospital Roblox Wiki
The full Animal Hospital (Anomaly) index: every character, patient, class, enemy, anomaly, item, location, and event, each linked to its own guide.
Animal Hospital is a Roblox survival game where you work night shifts in an animal clinic. Most patients are ordinary animals, but some are anomalies that must be identified and rejected rather than treated — and treating one by mistake costs sanity and can escalate it into a Mimic. That single decision is why a wiki for this game is mostly about distinguishing normal from abnormal, and why every entry here leads with the tell sign rather than the lore.
Use this page as the index. If you already know what you are looking for, jump to a section below. If you are new, start with the beginner guide and the anomaly checklist before reading anything else.

Patients
All 10 patient species →The normal animal roster. Learn each baseline appearance first, because an anomaly is only identifiable as a deviation from the normal version of that species.
Blue Rabbit
A blue rabbit patient seen in the waiting room using a crutch. One of the standard injured patients you treat during a normal shift.
Pink Rabbit
A pink rabbit patient that appears bedside among the animals waiting for care. Appears as a regular, non-hostile patient.
Green Cat
A bandaged green cat patient. The heavy wrapping suggests a recovering or heavily-injured patient in the ward.
Yellow Rabbit
A yellow rabbit patient. Important: a corrupted look-alike of this rabbit appears as an anomaly, so compare carefully before treating.
Gray Cat
A gray cat patient that appears alongside the other animals being treated. A regular patient with no observed anomaly behavior.
White Cat
A white cat patient common in early shifts. One of the baseline patients every doctor should memorize — anomalies frequently try to mimic this one.
Brown Dog
A friendly brown dog patient that appears in mid-shift waves. Note the floppy ears — anomalies mimicking this patient often get the ear shape wrong.
Penguin
A penguin patient that appears in later shifts. Its distinctive silhouette makes it harder for anomalies to convincingly mimic.
Frog
A frog patient seen in mid-to-late shifts. Its small stature and large eyes are the key features to verify against anomalies.
Orange Cat
An orange tabby cat patient that appears throughout most shifts. One of the more common patients — memorizing its exact appearance helps spot copycat anomalies.
Classes
All 13 classes →Playable roles with their own starter items, utility, sanity, and level perks. The Intern is free; Head Nurse and Secret Agent are Robux classes.
Intern
Intern is the beginner-friendly default class. It does not add utility or starter cash, but its bonus sanity makes early mistakes less punishing.
Nurse
Nurse is the budget utility class. Buy it when item slots feel tighter than sanity.
Secretary
Secretary is best when you want sanity support from checking in patients, plus a small starter-cash boost.
Paramedic
Paramedic is the speed class. Choose it when moving quickly across the hospital is your biggest bottleneck.
Psychologist
Psychologist is powerful but risky: positive and negative sanity effects are doubled.
Doctor
Doctor is the safe treatment class: heal patients, recover sanity, and gain bonus sanity at higher levels.
Security
Security is the X-Taser and Deployable Camera class for defensive control and remote monitoring.
Surgeon
Surgeon is the premium Animal Coins healer: heal patients to gain sanity and speed value.
Head Nurse
Head Nurse is the premium utility support class, strongest when extra inventory and Special Technique matter.
Secret Agent
Secret Agent is the premium gun-and-Scanner class, giving early defense plus a cooldown-based anomaly check.
Firefighter
Firefighter is the fire-response class: start with an extinguisher and extra inventory, then gain sanity and fire immunity at higher levels.
Barista
Barista starts with coffee, brews special coffee variants from ingredients, and can share coffee with teammates at level 2.
Scientist
Scientist starts with a Super DNA Sampler, grows fed lab cultures 3x faster at level 2, and restores 1 sanity per pressed potion at level 3.
Enemies
All 9 enemies →Hostile threats that attack patients, drain sanity, or roam the halls. Each entry covers how to spot it, how to counter it, and the mistake that gets teams killed.
Skinwalker (Extreme)
If CCTV confirms a Skinwalker, shoot it. This is the exception to the usual do-not-shoot rule.
Bed Monster (High)
Check beds from a distance and do not engage directly. Bed Monster punishes players who walk into patient rooms without checking the bed first.
Stalker (High)
At check-in, photograph the Stalker to clear the interaction; near the office, avoid prolonged staring and move away cleanly.
Surgery Tendril (High)
Avoid it and do not shoot. Shooting can make the situation worse.
Mass of Eyes (Medium)
Do not look up. The safest response is camera discipline and quick movement past the affected area.
Hiders (Medium)
Watch walls and keep distance from suspicious cracks, holes, or movement.
Head Banger (Medium)
Offer coffee. Shooting is the wrong response and wastes resources.
Camera Figure (Medium)
Use CCTV to track it, then avoid the area it occupies.
Ghost (Medium)
Treat Ghost as a roaming pressure enemy: keep moving, preserve sanity, and avoid chasing it.
Anomalies
Full anomaly list →The Journal tracks 11 anomaly entries, but the anomaly system itself is organised by how a tell is detected: appearance, photo, security camera, and document checks.
Crooked Face
Crooked smile, sharp teeth, large mismatched eyes, or eyes positioned unusually high on the face.
Three Eyes
Three glowing red eyes, extra eye placement, or an eye count that does not match the patient's normal model.
Hollow Face
Dark hollow eyes, sunken facial features, twitching, and a hunched posture.
Smiling with Creepy Eyes
Large black-pupil eyes, heavy under-eye bags, and a fixed oversized smile that does not match the normal patient.
Twitching
Erratic jerking movements, unnatural head/limb twitches, movement pattern different from all normal patients.
Staring
Sustained direct eye contact, head rotation that follows the player, and a gaze that does not break normally.
Tiny Anomaly
Unusually tiny body size, high-pitched voice, short-tailed pink bunny model, or multiple glowing red eyes.
Incorrect Photo
Different face, eye or mouth shape, ear shape, ear color, or another visible difference between the photo and the patient.
X-rayed Face
Small wide circular eyes, black pupils, realistic teeth, or an X-rayed-looking face that appears only in one expression.
Static Photo
Photo replaced entirely by static/TV snow, blank or black photo frame, no identifiable patient image.
Mismatching Face
Face shape, eyes, mouth, or other facial details change between the window and the CCTV feed.
Black Eyes
Black bar across the head, realistic black eyes, or direct staring from the patient on the CCTV feed.
