Write to support@animalhospitalwiki.com. This is a small independent site run by players, not a company support desk, so replies are usually sent within a few days. Reports that include a source or screenshot are handled first, because they can be verified immediately.

Report a content error

Animal Hospital changes with every update, so the most valuable message you can send is a specific correction. Copy this template and fill it in:

A screenshot of the patient, anomaly, class screen, or Journal entry is the strongest evidence you can attach. If you are reporting that a stat is wrong, tell us the number the page shows and the number you see in game — that is enough for us to re-check it against the live build.

What we can help with

• Factual corrections to any guide, roster, tier list, or stat table
• Reporting a broken link, missing image, or page that fails to load
• Reporting an intrusive, broken, or misleading advertisement on the site
• Privacy questions, including cookie and advertising data requests
• Copyright or trademark concerns about material published here
• Suggesting a topic that our guides do not cover yet

What we cannot help with

We are an unofficial fan guide and we have no connection to the game. That means we cannot recover a Roblox account, refund a purchase, restore lost items, grant Animal Coins or Robux, unban a player, or report another player on your behalf. Those requests belong with Roblox Support or with the game's developer, Animal Anomaly, through their official channels.

We also cannot share unreleased content, private developer information, or anything we have not been able to verify in game. If we do not know an answer, the reply will say so rather than guess.

Privacy and advertising

Questions about cookies, analytics, or the data used to serve ads are answered in detail in our privacy policy. That page also explains how to opt out of personalized advertising and how visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland are handled. If your question is not covered there, email us and we will answer directly instead of pointing you back at the policy.

Copyright and takedown requests

Game names, character names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary. If you own material published on this site and want it changed or removed, email us with the page URL and the specific element you are referring to. Verified requests are actioned without argument.
