Use separate runs for the Barney Snitch and No Snitch endings, then finish Ratthew, Ron, Liz, Sam, and Dr. Harlow.
3. Prepare the hidden actions
Carry the required Coffee, Maple Syrup, Eye Drops, IV Drops, Scanner, Teddy Bear, Gun, or Taser before the matching encounter appears.
4. Finish rare encounter entries
Leave Slimebert, Tiny Anomaly, Ghost Hunter, and the Bed Monster lure tasks until your team can control the run safely.

- Finish the current shift so the action has a chance to save.
- Return to the lobby and reopen the correct Journal category.
- For counters, perform one more valid treatment or rejection and check again.
- For a hidden action, confirm the required item was held or used at the exact interaction point.
