If CCTV confirms a Skinwalker, shoot it. This is the exception to the usual do-not-shoot rule.

This is the ONLY enemy you should shoot. If CCTV confirms a Skinwalker, use the gun immediately. Do NOT just reject — a Skinwalker must be eliminated.

The most dangerous enemy — a shapeshifting entity that perfectly mimics a normal patient. Only CCTV reveals its true monstrous form.

Presents exactly like a normal patient through visual and photo layers. Passes all standard checks. Only CCTV reveals its true form. If admitted, transforms and attacks.
How to survive Skinwalker
