KreekCraft Animal Hospital Update Guide
A test-by-test breakdown of the Scanner, Deployable Camera, Mint Tea, class reworks, Stalker response, and Lisbeth's one-shot UV Camera objective.
Source: KreekCraft, published July 10, 2026. This guide separates reproduced tests from chat rumors and does not treat stream guesses as confirmed mechanics.
What Actually Changed
| Update area | Confirmed change | Practical use |
|---|---|---|
| Security | X-Taser plus Deployable Camera access at higher levels | Best for threat control and a movable view |
| Secret Agent | Gun plus reusable Scanner | Best premium verification and defense package |
| Scanner | Green/red single-target result; class version has cooldown | Use only after isolating one patient |
| Deployable Camera | Place, view, pick up, and reposition | Cover a blind route; diagnose in person |
| Mint Tea | Restores sanity gradually over time | Drink before long pressure chains, not after collapse |
| Lisbeth | Chance-based Shift 10+ UV Camera side objective | Protect the single shot until the target is at check-in |
Scanner: the rules the video actually proves
The Scanner gives a green or red result, but it is strongest when the target is already isolated. In the stream, a clear anomaly returned red, while two overlapping patients did not produce a trustworthy group result. The beam appears to resolve the first target it reaches, so line up one patient at a time.
The Secret Agent Scanner is reusable after a cooldown. The Scanner bought from the shop is single-use. The stream also tested scanning through a Deployable Camera feed and could not make it work. That creates a clean rule: use the camera to locate a suspicious patient, then walk over and scan directly.
Deployable Camera: best placement and limits
The camera can be placed, viewed from the camera interface, picked up, and moved again. Put it on a route that fixed CCTV does not cover well: the check-in approach, an office blind corner, or the hallway your treatment player cannot watch. In co-op, the best setup is one player on admissions, one on treatment, and Security using the movable feed for callouts.
Security vs Secret Agent vs Surgeon
Pick Security when the team lacks map coverage and roaming-threat control. Pick Secret Agent when you want immediate gun access plus a reusable check at the window. Pick Surgeon when you already read anomalies consistently and want the best free-track treatment momentum. The update improves the first two roles, but it does not make either one a substitute for correct patient checks.
New Stalker response: location changes the answer
The reworked Stalker has contextual interactions. At check-in, take its phototo clear the encounter. Near the office, avoid prolonged staring, disengage, and use corners or team callouts. Old advice that says to maintain eye contact forever is no longer safe for every appearance. Use the full Stalker guidefor the current response split.
Lisbeth UV Camera quest: avoid KreekCraft's failed route
Lisbeth can appear through chance-based side content after Shift 10. She gives a special UV Camera and explains that its target must be at the check-in window. The playthrough fired the only shot before the correct target was confirmed; Lisbeth then ended the objective. The lesson is simple: read the requested name, wait for that target at check-in, and never use the camera as a general scanner.
- Accept Lisbeth's request and keep the UV Camera equipped safely.
- Read the target name shown by the objective; do not assume every new patient is the target.
- Wait until the matching target is physically at the check-in window.
- Take the single photo only after both name and position match.
Mint Tea and sanity routing
Mint Tea restores sanity gradually, so use it before a long patient or emergency chain. Coffee still has a separate tactical job because it is the correct response to Head Banger. For solo runs, carry Coffee first and add Mint Tea when you have enough space to prepare for sustained sanity drain.
Rumors the stream did not confirm
- Shift 10 military attack: the stream reached the shift and did not reproduce it.
- Slime monster from ignored slime: the slime disappeared without creating the claimed enemy.
- Multi-patient Scanner: overlapping targets did not yield a dependable group result.
- Camera-feed Scanner: the Scanner did not activate through the remote feed.

KreekCraft Guide FAQ
What did KreekCraft confirm in the Animal Hospital update?
The playthrough confirms refreshed class visuals and icons, reworked Security and Secret Agent loadouts, Scanner and Deployable Camera behavior, Mint Tea sanity recovery, the new Dr. Harlow model, and Lisbeth's one-shot UV Camera side objective.
Can the Scanner check multiple patients at once?
No reliable multi-scan was demonstrated. When targets overlapped, the beam resolved the first target it reached. Aim at one patient with a clear line of sight.
Can the Scanner work through a Deployable Camera?
No. KreekCraft tested the Scanner while viewing the deployed feed and it did not activate through the camera. Use the camera for visibility and scan in person.
What is the difference between the two Scanners?
Secret Agent starts with a reusable Scanner that returns after a cooldown. The shop Scanner is a one-use item, so save it for an uncertain patient.
How do I complete Lisbeth's UV Camera task?
Accept the task after Lisbeth appears, keep the one-shot camera, and wait for the requested target to reach the check-in window. Do not test-fire it or guess early because a wrong photo ends that encounter.
Did KreekCraft confirm a Shift 10 military attack or slime monster?
No. Both were chat suggestions during the stream, but neither was reproduced. Treat them as unverified rumors rather than update features.
