Animal Hospital DNA Combinations & Serum Recipes

A direct lookup table for confirmed Lab sequences, ingredient mapping, and Pink versus Green serum effects.

Quick answer: sample a patient, run the three-letter sequence in the Second Floor Lab, wait 30 seconds, then use the Vial Press. Pink Serum is used on patients and NPCs; Green Serum is consumed by the player.

Verification note.

Competitor recipe pages disagree on whether some sequences are “unstable” while also listing them as usable effects. This page keeps the effect records that appear in recipe coverage and does not publish the contradictory unstable list as fact. Unknown combinations remain unconfirmed.

Fastest safe testing order

  1. Collect DNA. Use the Sampler on a patient and take the sample to the Second Floor Lab.
  2. Map the letters. Match each DNA letter to the ingredient label currently shown in the Lab.
  3. Run the sequence. Enter the three-letter order exactly; order changes the result.
  4. Press and test. Wait for the process, use the Vial Press, then use Pink Serum on a target or drink Green Serum yourself.

Keep a record of successful results separately from failed experiments. There are 64 possible three-letter sequences, and the current public evidence does not establish every outcome.

DNA Recipe FAQ

What are the four DNA ingredient letters?

Recipe coverage maps A to Pink Jelly, C to Ginger, G to Milk, and T to Purple Mushroom. The site update data confirms the underlying four ingredients as Strange Jelly, Ginger, Milk, and Mushroom, so verify colour labels in the live Lab.

How long does a DNA experiment take?

A valid sequence starts a 30-second process before the Vial Press step.

What is the best recipe to try first?

Start with a confirmed sequence whose effect you actually want. CGT is a low-risk Green result for testing the player effect; avoid random combinations when materials are limited.

Are all 64 combinations confirmed?

No. Four letters across three positions create 64 possible sequences, but only part of the pool has confirmed results.
